We provide you all kinds of quality wigs and hair pieces, process your order and parcel rapidly, answer any questions you have promptly and properly

Cancellation

If you really have a special circumstances need to cancel the order, please contact us by Email timely! We calculate the cancellation time according to the time of email received.

1.  Cancel order within 12 hours: email us with your order number, we will help you cancel order freely

2.  Cancel order after 12 hours:  25% of the total will be charged

3.  Once the item has been shipped out, the order can't be cancelled, please receive the order first, then return it for a refund if you really do not want it. 

(please refer to our cancellation policy once you do not want the order and email us as soon as possible.)

Change size/color/address in order

we can change it for you freely before shipping, but if ship out, then we are sorry that we can not change it for you. so please email us as soon as possible if need changes.

Return

 1. Please email us within 3 days from receipt of products via photos to show problem

 2. Items that have been coloured or washed are non-returnable and should be in no used state

 3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages

 4. All return shipping costs including tax if have will be the customer's responsibility

 5. Return without permission is not acceptable as we may not receive your return goods, then we will not refund you

(please contact our customer service department to ask for the right returning address, the address on you parcel is not our returning address and all wrong or missed returning will be your responsibility)

 5. Please allow us 7 days to refund you aftering receiving, inspecting, confirming returns, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment

Exchange

For all exchanges, please email us first within 3 business days from receipt of products, the customer service dedartment will help you exchange.

Any balance remaining after exchange will be refunded to you

All exchanges should be on new, unused items only. Damage has caused by customer will be customer's responsibility.

New item will be shipped out after the original item received.
